After watching the opening episode of Top Design , I just knew I had to have one of the adorable little apoartments they were decorating. So after a lot of trial and error, I finally did it. 
Note:
There are two versions available here.. Top Design Mini Lofts is an eight apartment complex with a community room. The lot size is 5x3.
Top Design Mini Lofts Lite is exactly the same except there are only four apartments and a community room. The Lot Adjuster for AP was used to bring the lot size down to 3x3.
The full version might be a little slow if you have an ordinary computer (like I do).
Complex features:
The community room has vending machines and a dining area downstairs. Upstairs there is a pool table, exercise equipment, chess board and darts.
The 1bed/1bath apartments are almost identically furnished.. each one has the same objects but in a different color scheme. I strongly encourage you to remodel to your heart's content
To rent them firnished, simply enable boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true and you will have the option of renting a fully furnished apartment. If you cose to rent unfurnished, all your basic needs are taken care of.
Each apartment is best suited to 1-2 Sims.
A copy of the original eight apartment lot was playtested for 3 Sim days.

$2,020 - 2,041 per week
