The Summer Home is a beautiful, three-bedroom family house in Windenburg, set up for a family of two adults and two children. This gorgeous lot is very expensive in-game ... until you realise that it contains two fantastic sources of cash.

As mentioned above, the garden contains one of every single plant in the game, including all the plants from Outdoor Retreat and Get to Work, all at perfect quality. A number of these plants, particularly the alien plants, sell for huge amounts of cash.



However, the attached clubhouse is the best source of income for this pricey lot. Set up a club with painting as the club activity, start a club gathering, and then sell the completed paintings. Your *cough*slaves*cough* club members will keep painting so long as there are free easels - just be aware that they may not break for food! I had one guy die of hunger on the lot because he wouldn't take a break to eat, even though there's a fridge in the clubhouse.
