a family-friendly little farmhouse that can handily sleep 8 sims with a bit of room leftover for hobby stuff. as always, attics continue to be evil, so play the top level with walls down.

city living - kitchen counters, appliances, bed
outdoor retreat - siding, wood flooring
movie hangout stuff - exterior/interior doors
vampires - bathroom tile
get together - porch posts

everything is pretty easily replaced if you don't have the corresponding eps/gps/sps, but as always, there's no guarantee it'll still be a starter afterwards.

3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

• Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
