Have you ever wanted to run a sleazy or cheap roadside motel? Now you can!

This has both residential and public lots all in one, for your guests best time!

There are two options of this download, one has rabbit hole doors and one does not. The one without will not attract as many townies.

About the lot
Furnished: 39,205
Unfurnished: 8,650

rooms:
  • Owner's Bedroom: Has a slightly better bathroom and has a laptop, dresser, and bookcase. I suggest you lock the doors to outsiders
  • Kitchen area: This is open via the stairs to roommates and guest
  • 6 bedrooms with private bath for roommates/ household (1 with a murphy bed, cuz it's funny)
  • 6 bedrooms with private bath with public room markers (1 kid friendly and one with a murphy bed) (will need cheat to edit: testingcheatsenabled true and restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false)
  • empty area where household can garden (no cheats needed)
  • empty area to add a hot tub or something (will need cheat to edit: testingcheatsenabled true and restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false)
  • bar/snack area (diner rabbit hole door connected)
  • Pool area
  • "shed" (criminals hangout rabbit hole, not included in the one without the rabbit holes)
  • open "deck area" above bar and pool (will need cheat to edit: testingcheatsenabled true and restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false)
  • you can dumpster dive in the dumpster onsite
  • 8 parking spots

Background
This lot is meant to look like a dump that is trying to be nice. My personal goals when I play it are to fix it up and make it nicer. For example upgrade and replace items. Maybe add art or things to rooms. I tend to play a sim that is neat so that they will clean the lot who is also handy.

If you want to change things in the public spaces you will have to use cheats testingcheatsenabled true and restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false

Since it will not auto generate guests I use the roommate fetcher. I sometimes turn of roommate service and turn it back on to change guests. If you have the rabbit holes on the lots sometimes random townies will hang out after work, and if you use roommates sometimes sims stick around longer. Interesting lot for parties too!

I tend to save up and buy out the rabbit holes as a way to generate "motel income."
