Sit-A-Spell is the perfect shop for the witch in your neighborhood. The first floor is a great little coffee shop (with a bathroom, you know how those sims are) and the upstairs has everything your witchy sim could need (there is also a bathroom upstairs cause you really do know how those sims are). Stocked by a witch in my game this lot has all the potions, spells and whatnot you could ever need!

This lot works best as an owned business. This lets you set the price for all the "witchy" items.
