Villa Litsegard
When Fergus' Mind started a CFF thread for his Villa Strandheim, I fell in love with his source material as well. With his gracious permission, I delved into making a version of my own.
Villa Litsegard is a loose exterior recreation of the Dragestil homes of Villa Strandheim and Villa Balderslund. Those two homes are remarkably similar. The shape, with the cupola, and "boathouse" is all Strandheim, while the decorative tiles are from Balderslund. I oriented the home with the show-y facade facing away from the road, the main entrance (up a winding path) to the side, and the informal "backside" to face the street.
I went for a very homey, sorta dated interior. As the structure was taking shape, it seemed like an extremely comfortable, family-focused home, the kind of grounded family that's too busy being close-knit and involved to care that their house is filled with garish wallpapers. The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. Along with the a living room, dining room, and a kitchen, the ground floor also has an office. The basement has a laundry room, one of the half baths, a cellar storage room, a room with a pool table, and an additional large room which would be great for skills and hobbies. The boats are included with the lot, the cars are not. The name, of course, is just "Dragestil" backwards.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Oh geez, it's 2019.
I didn't do much in 2018. Maybe this year will be better. I have a huge backlog of things I could upload. Who knows! My time management is currently, theoretically rated as -Please see me after class- if I had turned something in to start with.
It seems I have terrible motivation for requests. Sorry about that. But if you wave ideas and photos at me with enough coughs and elbow nudges, I might get a lot out in a few years...
I don't really have strict usage policy, but please don't upload my lots themselves to the Exchange. Though if you'd like to use any of my lots in a world you've created, and want to upload the world to the Exchange, that's fine. Just toss me some credit, and it'll all be good. Throwing me a link to how you've used any of my stuff would also be appreciated. :D
