Featured this month is the elegant contemporary home of one of the Bay Area's most eligible bachelors- Liam O'Dourke. Mr. O'Dourke is a Silicon Valley success story. He began his career as an intern at a local gaming company. At age 26 he started his own company- Games 4 O'Dourkes, which had an unprecedented hit with The SIMulation Game. The company went public two years later and if you were lucky enough to get in on the ground floor, you too could be living the life of the rich and fabulous.

As you approach this gracious home, you encounter the glorious fountains that accentuate the entrance. Look to your left and the three car garage holds examples from Liam O'Douke's famed car collection, including his classic 1960 Chevy Corvette. The home has two wings, each containing a large bedroom with ensuite bath. There is a stunning living room in tasteful taupes, with a four-sided fireplace and glass accent tables. The kitchen is fully appointed, and we hear our host is a gourmet cook, well if you count grilled cheese- and we do.



The outdoor space is truly scrumptious. There is a cozy plunge pool just off the master bedroom and a gourmet outdoor kitchen with fireplace and dining patio. The backyard pool is Olympic sized, with more fabulous fountains. Upstairs is a rooftop deck with breathtaking views of the city. Finally, a game lovers heaven- a glass enclosed gaming room with a pool table and bowing and pinball galore.

This lot features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room , a kitchen, a home office and an exercise room. On the second level is a glass enclosed bonus room. This lot is base game, so the game room is empty, free for you to outfit anyway you like (game room, art studio, collections room, etc.). The garage is also empty, though the pictures showcase cars from Fresh-Prince. Be sure to check out his stuff- it's amazing! The round plunge pool in the back can easily be replaced by a hot tub.

The pictures were taken in Bridgeport at 64 Queensbury Road, which is a great lot to place it. The lot was built and packaged in Roaring Heights on a flat lot.
