This house came as starter house with the game. It has a spacious roof which was not used.
I wanted to preserve the character of the house but make better use of the space.
Furthermore it was important to me, that it can still be used as a starter home.
So I made 2 versions. The starter one will cost 19999 §. Now it's time to earn money. Get a job!

The other version of this house is more furnished. You have to pay 65634 §.

The house is now suitable for up to 6 persons.
