Welcome to my newest creation! This spacious family house features a large oak tree in the front yard as well as a couple of new techniques I've picked up through tutorials online. For starters, I felt like I never used the large trees on residential homes because they were so big they clip through almost every structure. There is no clipping on this one! However, I do understand if players would like to remove the titular oak in favor of the extra gardening space .

On the first floor we have the first new technique I attempted: a connected two car garage with a door that leads into the kitchen. (Thank you to Leyla on Steam!) Please be aware that attempting to alter the foundation or walls around the garage will likely cause terrain leveling issues. I strongly recommend leaving the foundation around the garage alone to avoid issues. The second new technique was adding basement stairs through the foundation (Thank you to PolarBearSims on YouTube!), which can be found behind the double stairs leading up to the second floor. You cannot remove the foundation surrounding this staircase as well, including the outside foundation that acts as the base of the back porch.

The first floor layout has a large kitchen with bar top counters (placed with moveobjects) and modern appliances. A large arch leads into the formal dining room, with a warm and inviting nature theme. A large living room dominates the left half of the first floor and has a fireplace, flatscreen TV, chess table, and bookcase. Both fireplaces have had their normal backs removed (with moveobjects) and a custom fireplace made with normal walls painted with brick has replaced it. If you select either fireplace in build/buy it will automatically attempt to replace the back.

Double stairs lead to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master has its own en suite bathroom while the two non-Master bedrooms share a connected "Jack and Jill" style bathroom.

The three bedrooms are as follows:
1 Kids room with 2 single beds, matching desks, bookcases, dressers
1 Adult room with double bed, artist's easel, desk, guitar, dressers
1 Master with desk, computer, TV, fireplace, loveseat, dressers, en suite bathroom

Outside we have a gate on the front left side that opens to the fenced backyard, with a pool that has a built on safety rail. Small lights line the path from the front to the back along the brick walkway. There is a grill and picnic table for light entertaining. A small deck/porch leads into the house from the back.

The basement is finished but unfurnished -- perfect for filling with exercise equipment or hobby items such as inventing bench, etc. It can also be expanded as it currently does not fill the entire lot. It includes a single half-bath behind the stairs.

This house is base game compatible and CC free.
