Default Is this possible
I'm trying to have some photos around the house of a family of mine. Can I frame things without using the photoshop in SimPe? Is it possible to somehow do it in the game?

The only way to do something similar in game (note, the frames are different) is by using the camera that came with Uni, or painting a portrait/landscape including a sim of yours. you can also take pics of your sims with the NL PhotoBooth.

I tried doing it with the camera but where do the pictures go after you take them? I only got the option to sell picture

go into buy mode and grab the pic from the edge of the camera then plaster it on the wall

You may need to use the tab key to zoom in close enough to find the picture on the camera.
