All my toddlers in game have lost their ability to be taught or learn. Adults cannot interact to teach to walk, talk, or potty train.
Toddlers cannot interact with toys such as the tablet, building blocks or individual stuffed animals.
Toddlers can ask for help by clicking on an adult but the adult cannot follow through with the request.
This leads to toddlers being abducted by social workers.
The only actions that can be completed is feeding and putting them to bed.
No bathing or diaper changes either.

Anyone else have this issue? I've checked mods... can't find anything causing this.

Help please...

Take out your CC (mods and items), and try again. Could be a mod isn't updated for the most recent Origin update or GP/SP/EP you have. If there's still a problem without CC, you can try to fix your game via Origin (you may want to take a backup of your game files and CC before you do this step, jus in case).
