Graphic Cards NVIDIA, What are the best possible way to check to see if a graphic card malfunction or the mother board?

It be difficult for people to help without further information on what the problem is.

All that can be said currently is overheating and random reboots are common symptoms of motherboard failure. Where as graphical artifacts, like stuck pixels, are more common of GPU failure.
