Hello! I hope I post in the right section
I tried to edit custom skin and add vitiligo to it. It worked, but edited skin has grainy face (picture below).
I used Photoshop CS6 for editing textures and Skininator V5 for wrapping all the items into package. Skin is made only for females young adult-elder, I only edited the body (dark and light) - face isn't edited until the problem will be solved.

This effect is for all sims which have this skin. I'm begginer in creating content, and only for personal use, so I don't know where the problem may be. Although my laptop has good specs, graphics are blurry on clothes, horses, some objects etc (even on the highest sim appearance settings). Maybe that's the problem?
