Lilith skins would be on Lilith's Tumblr and her skins are considered MM-Semi not realistic. http://lilith-sims.tumblr.com/tagge...ad%3A-skintones (unless she has realistic ones, I don't know)
CuriousB's, Mouseyblue and Jessie-dot would be realistic.
https://curiousb.dreamwidth.org/tag/bodyshop Found pictures on her LJ https://curiousb.livejournal.com/30266.html

https://jessi-dot.dreamwidth.org/3675.html (still has good pictures up)

^ Earlier skins by Lilith were often edits of Ephemera's skins so they're kind of on the realistic side rather than maxisy, though we can argue that Ephemera's skins are more dolly than realistic.
Anyway what do you regard as realistic? Photoskinned from real life photos level or just generally shinier-than-your-default-maxis skins? Here's some more realistic skins I can think of: Enayla, Ren/Louis, Rensim, TeruK/Ephemera. Then there's Trapping who made multiple skins, a lot of their links are dead but the files have been reuploaded here, they're sorted by Livejournal post names so if you like their skins check with the tumblr blog which post contains which file and then search the folders accordingly replacing the ä->a ö->o and å->a if you encounter those.

I use Sleepytabby's "Imperfections" skins and "Natural Elements" eyes in my game. Sleepytabby calls them "Maxis-match", but to me that term refers to a much more stylized look and I think of these as at least semi-realistic. Your mileage may vary.
Imperfections skins part one (8 skin colors including the four default replacements) - http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=535350
Imperfections skins part two (12 additional skin colors) - http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=537222
Natural Elements eyes made to go with Imperfections skins (50 colors - YOU choose which ones you want as default replacements!) - http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=538669
Thanks to Crmelsimlover for sharing these rare Christianlov mods for TS2: Cpack editor with working face DNA fixer and Skin Selector Painting Prototype. Instructions for adding custom skins to Skin Selector at post #5 here. Instructions for using the DNA fixer at post # 2662 here.
