I read on Sims VIP that it is: A new Create a Sim clock speed cheat allows you to speed up and slow down your Sim’s animation in Create a Sim. Use the cheat by typing “cas.clockspeed [0-10]” in the cheat console window. 0 is pause, 10 is not!

So I took out Shimrod's no movement in CAS to give it a try. I have put this in 20 times and nothing. I tried putting it in CAS and I get unable to execute command. I tried going into town and then going into CAS through a household and still nothing. I have testingcheats on all the time, I don't know what I am doing wrong. Has anyone gotten it to work or know what it does?

Don't put in the period between cas and clockspeed and it should work. I found this out by typing "Help" into the cheat window.

True ^^^ No period. That is a typo in the patch notes.
