I'm interested in restoring the dummied-out LTWs that came out with Uni. Not the career LTWs (I'm aware mods exist for those), but the "Have 6 Children Joined" and "Have 6 Children Abducted by Aliens" wants. I've searched pretty far for mods for them with little success, and my broad impression from asking around elsewhere is they don't exist (there was apparently consideration to restore the abduction one that fell through).

How difficult would it be to make a mod that restores them? I can use SimPE well enough for simple mods (geneticizing/townifying existing skins, multi-PTs, etc). I'm curious if this is likely to be within my capacities or if it's a trickier mod. I'm aware there are now mods that create new LTWs from scratch; I don't know if this clusters with them or if it's a simpler 'unlocking' process.
