Default New desktop for TS2 and TS3
Hello!

It's time to buy a new PC. Usually, a certain person in my fav PC store assists me with such requests, he's a gamer himself, and his kids play the Sims too, so he always makes me an excellent offer. This time he's not available due to personal reasons and other person made this configuration. The budget is exceeded (1036 eur, I was hoping for a less amount..). Would someone please take a look at this and tell me if it's really good and worth the money, or something can be minimized?
PC will be needed for the Sims 2 & 3, for studies, for common entertainment. Nothing too excessive. No major multitasking. When I play, only the game is running. When I do some research or study, I usually open many browser tabs and several word documents, but no more than that, no playing videos at the same time, chatting and /or playing games.

The plan was to make PC a dual-boot, with Win7 for the games and Win10 for everything else, but I was warned that new parts might not have drivers/have it difficult to find for Win7, so I guess I'll have Win10 only. Research showed many players play TS2 and TS3 just fine with Win10, I hope I'll be lucky too.

Thanks in advance!

edit: I'm googling up the parts to understand what's all this.
- Do I really need 6 cores? I said at the shop I needed a dual-core CPU, for I don't see how I can utilize the 4 cores or more with what I usually do on PC, when TS2 needs one, and TS3 is fine with two. Will these games even play with 6 cores?

- maybe go up to 16Gb of RAM instead of 8Gb?
