How to add storage function to bed and couches?

Hi, I hope I'm posting this in the right place. If not please direct me to correct forum.

I'm using S4S to add storage functions to different objects. when I try to add the functions to a bed with drawers or a couch it does not work. It worked on desks and ottomans (objects that have no prior functions), but not beds. Has anybody ever tried this and it worked? Any and all advice is appreciated.
