I was wondering if anybody could recommend any modern/contemporary houses that would fit on the lots of the unoccupied houses in Bridgeport? I'm looking for one with at least two bedrooms. The lot sizes are: 40x40, 40x30, 20x30, 21x20, and 20x20. I tried looking on TSR, but a lot of the houses there need a lot of CC. I don't mind if there is CC, but not too much. I have way too much CC already, and I really don't need anymore. lol I also looked on The Sims 3 exchange, but you can't search by exact lot size.

I can't come here and not mention this lot, one, if not my all time favourite lot for TS3. It does require a lot of cc, and some of it is tricky to find, some being on the creators own site and it's taken me years to find some items. If you can live with decorating it how you like, then that's not an issue.

It's built on Tom Wordys household site. Kick them out I say, this lot it FAR better
