Default Small-medium worlds without ocean.
I need a medium-small sized landlocked world which wouldn't be surrounded by water.Something like amberville or strangetown, not necessarily desert type worlds,it can be a city/village-anything really, but also not too big with max 80-90 lots .Thanks!

Arcadia - desert world.
Haunted Valley II - has a river going through it.

I guess Lucky Palms and Moonlight Falls would fit under that description too. If you don't want too many lots, you can bulldoze them, then pick them up and delete them.

Maybe a bit bigger then you want but - http://sims3comfolifedesignstudio.b...r-download.html

There are not many small-medium worlds that are not islands. You might could find something you like - then in Create a World tool - use the camera routing to block off the ocean area.
I did manage to find a distant terrain for a small world - I have not tried it as yet but it is here - http://hydrangeachainsaw.tumblr.com/
