Ahahaha! Hey! The outsides of that house look an awful lot like the house I grew up in! We had 9 people crammed into ours. The inside were arranged differently but the external dimensions were the same. Oh! We didn't have stairs to the attic. We had to get a ladder out.
This series is typical of the 'baby'boom' specials that were made in the 1940's and 1950's in California.
In 1964 that house cost $13,500. You really don't want to ask the indecent price that same house gets now in the San Francisco Bay Area ($400,000+). Is it worth that much? HECK NO! It's just the inflated prices and land values that real estate speculators charge that have bankrupted the housing industry. The little people can no longer afford to live there. The speculation bubble will burst someday and lots of people will go broke.
Ok... Off my soapbox...
