This looks like a great mod and I'm looking forward to using it. Could I just check though, the "Cinderellimod_Edited_BlackCat007anak_ponti_CookingAndIngredientsOverhaul_RemoveStoreDuplicate" is downloading as a packa file not a package file. Is that correct? Thank you.

@icemunmun *waves* I'm so happy the mods can be used together without conflicts now! ^.^

@lataya25 Hi, is there something you would like me to look at in particular?

@Kimlupai the file should be a .zip file and inside that (when you unzip it) you should find the .package file. It is possible that you might have to download it again, if there was a hiccup while downloading the first time.

I've downloaded Cinderellimod_Edited_BlackCat007anak_ponti_CookingAndIngredientsOverhaul_RemoveStoreDuplicate.packa twice and both times it was not a .zip file, but a .packa file.

The GreekRecipesPlantsIngredients.package downloaded as a proper .zip file with a .package file inside.

If the mod downloads as a .packa instead of .package, change the extention to .zip and extract it. There should be the actual .package inside.
Edit - Just noticed on the download, it does indeed say .packa on the link. You might want to fix that when you get the chance.

How strange! It does seem to say 'packa' on the link but it actually downloads as a .zip for me. :-/ @Rawrz180, thank you for advising. Do you know how I would go about changing it?

I changed the .packa ending to .zip, and it worked. Thanks to the both of you, Rawrz180 and Cinderellimouse!

Yay! I'm glad that fixed the problem for you!

I think the issue was because of the long title, so I re-uploaded the mod with a new title, 'Cinderellimod_Edited_CookingAndIngredientsOverhaul_NectarMod'. This new version is showing as a .zip for me. Please let me know if there are any more issues.

I'm not sure how to check my files to make sure they don't conflict. But I'm guessing from the complexity that this probably conflicts with IcarusAllSorts "Cook with any ingredient" mod?

Hi marissg3! I just downloaded icarus' mod and opened it with S3pe. It appears fine on the surface (it does not directly override the same XML files) but I can't be 100% sure that it won't conflict. I can try it in my game but it will have to be tomorrow.

Portokalia, you certainly can make nectar out of the olives! You can then name it 'olive oil'. I really liked doing this!

Yey! My dreams come true :D.

It would be even better if you edit/add ingredients for (I don't know if you add ingredients for this items, but asking never hurt):

- Wood Fire Oven (http://store.thesims3.com/productDe...&section=UpSell)
- Sauna (http://store.thesims3.com/productDe...ategoryId=13145)
- Baker's Station (http://store.thesims3.com/productDe...ategoryId=13506)
- Teppanyaki Grill (http://store.thesims3.com/productDe...ategoryId=13506)
- Deep Fryer (http://store.thesims3.com/productDe...ategoryId=13506)
- Tea Set (http://store.thesims3.com/productDe...ategoryId=13145)
- Icarus's Extra Recipes form Cook With Any Ingredient mod

If you are able to do this I would have been fantastic.

Can you check conflicts for:

Icarus mods:

- Ingredient Moodlets From Meals (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=520711)
- The Professional Juice Bar Mod (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=527902)
- Nectar Glass Replacement (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=528198)
- Reheat Food in Microwave (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=548273)

Other people:
- Higher Quality Purchased Fruits and Vegetables from Grocerystore (http://www.modthesims.info/d/426778)
- Nectar Combinatorics (http://www.modthesims.info/d/415474)
- Better Bartending (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=541922)

Portokalia, I've been continuing to work on the Greek mod today and I *think* I might be able to add olive oil as an actual ingredient. I'm not 100% sure but I'm definitely going to try! Thank you for the suggestion.

kociara81, thank you so much for the ideas and questions! As I continue to work on the mods I'll refer back to the list and see what I can do. I would really like to make more use of the store content!

I use Icarus' Nectar Glass Replacement (I love their mods!) and I can confirm this is safe to use, I have it installed in my main game. I'll start checking other mods soon.

Thank you for your patience everyone! :lovestruc

Sorry for taking so long to reply. When I downloaded the mod originally I tried changing the file extension from packa to package and of course that didn't work. Being an idiot, I didn't think to change the extension to zip. It's downloaded now and ready to go in my game. Thank you.

Not sure if it helps, but I have been using anak_ponti's cooking & ingredients overhaul together with Icarus_Allsorts cook with any ingredient mod and I haven't had any problems. Icarus_Allsorts mod picked up the recipe changes made by the cooking overhaul.

As you are continuing to work on this mod, could I second kociara81 ideas? If you have the time and inclination, I've often wished that there was a "flour" ingredient for the baking station and pizza oven. I did look at Douglas_Veiga's CC Loader generator and while I think I could have done the tuning, I was totally at a loss for how to add the graphics, I know there was a deco bag of flour in the Deliciously Indulgent Bakery store set but how to use those resources was beyond me.

Sorry for rambling on and thank you for some great additions to a great mod.

Finally!! I can make MEAD! I've been mad that we couldn't make nectar with Honey ever since I installed SN and tried to but couldn't. Now, here's hoping honey's been rated high enough to get decent ratings for my snobs.

Hi all! I just uploaded three different versions of the Greek mod, including a 'light' version for people with less content. Next I'll be focusing on checking for mod conflicts. Then I'll be looking at the Overhaul mod... seeing if I can offer a 'light' and a 'full' version and seeing what other features we can add! \o/

Portokalia, I've added 'olive oil' as a new ingredient with the Greek mod.

Alawren, I love gardening and plants in the game too! I think it's because I'm so bad at gardening in real life. I've been trying to add custom harvestables to the game for well over a year, so I'm so excited to finally be able to do it!

Tuney, aww thank you so much! I actually prefer uploading here, because I dislike the pop-ups and ads on Mediafire. I might just use my site for blogging... if I ever quit messing around and actually play the game! XD

Kimlupai, thank you so much for the information on Icarus' mod! That's good to know. [edit: I just tested it too and it seems fine... if a little weird to be able to make moussaka out of candy! It made me laugh that the oven coincidentally caught on fire!] I'll hopefully be able to get some info up on other mods within the next couple of days. Funnily enough... I found a resource for 'flour' in the main game files and when I added it to my working version of the Overhaul mod it turned out to be what the current mod thinks of as 'rice'! It's the same object! I was thinking I'd leave it as 'rice' since I guess people will already be familiar with it, and either add the store flour, or make a recolour... I don't know but it's on the jobs list. ^.^

At some point I want to post a tutorial on how to add custom ingredients but I want to improve the Overhaul mod first.

grittylomein... hmmm... maybe I'll take a look.

skmt999 I'm really excited about this too! I've wanted to add extra ingredients to the nectar maker for the longest time and I was so happy to figure it out. I like adding the uni life herbs to nectar as well, like lavender and cinnamon. I did give honey a slightly higher nectar quality rating than average. Actually, I made 'Nectar of the Gods' today while I was testing the new Greek honey model and it was 'very nice quality'. :D

Cinderelli, I have so many of your mods in my game now! You have wonderful ideas!! Great job!!

I would love to know if there are no conflicts with Icarus' mods. I use his "cook with any ingredients" mod and "professional juice bar" mod.

Keep up the good work. I look forward to more of your creative mods!!

EDIT:

One more question, if I have your nectar ingredient mod from your blog, do I need to update it with this one at MTS? Are they the same?
