Just found this after finding your Sandy Shores house. These are excellent as well. I love houses with 3+ floors and big balconies, there's something perfect about that style in TS3. The beach houses in GTAV are some of my favorites, so bravo for recreating them so well.

I love all your buildings! The walk-up apartments, the GTA recreations, the SC4 recreation of a bungalow. And all without CC, it's wonderful.

I don't play GTA V, i still play good old GTA: SA instead, but you did a good job with these houses. And a nice bonus is that they ain't huge, so they can fit into neighbourhoods where space is sparse.

Thank you, I'm glad if you like it. I loved good old SA, too, and I remember it in every minute when I'm cruising in Southern Los Santos.
