Default STBL instance conflicts
Hi,

Is STBL instances using the same instance number really overwrite each others ? since the string definitions key can be differents .
for example, i found 220557DA-80000000-00F29CE484222325 in mulitple packages, but key strings in them are differents :
{
"Key": "0xFC8D21F4",
"Value": "Well Intentioned"
}
this key is not defined in other conflicting packages for example.

the answer is : you can't have any conflict on STBL instance, it will give you empty strings.
